1. Information about Sparkfly
Our site is a site operated by Sparkfly, a trading style of Sparkfly Limited (“we/us/our”). We are registered in England under company number 15055913 and our registered office is 10-16 Mottram Street, Stockport, Manchester. SK1 3PA
Your Status
- To place an order through our website, you must:
- Be legally able to enter into binding contracts.

1.1 About the use of this website and our communication
(a) Accessing our website means that you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions. Our website is provided to you for your personal use only.
(b) If you choose to access this website from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
(c) We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that the product images you see displayed on your screen are a totally accurate representation of the actual merchandise, due, among other reasons, to the technical difference in monitors or screens you may use.
(d) By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, that the personal information which you provide when you register as a customer and place an order is true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects, and that you do not impersonate any other person.
(e) We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represent the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website.
(f) As part of our effort to make further improvements to our services, our phone calls with customers and our team may be recorded or monitored. We also may monitor incoming and outgoing emails.
(g) Our employees and agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods unless confirmed first by us to you in writing.
(h) When placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have not relied on any such representations, which are not confirmed. All specifications, drawings and particulars of weights, sizes and performance issued by us are approximate only.
2. How the Contract is Formed
- Your order is an offer to buy a Product from us.
- All orders are subject to our acceptance. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an electronic notification (“Order Confirmation”) at the end of the ordering process.
- The contract between you and us (“Contract”) is only formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.
- Once the Contract is formed, the terms cannot be changed without our written consent.
- Because the Products are made to your specifications or personalized by you, you cannot cancel your order after we begin production.
3. Information You Provide
- Any material you upload to our site must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You warrant that any material complies with those standards and agree to indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.
- We will not print any material that we believe to be illegal, libelous, inappropriate, or infringes on the rights of any third party. This includes material that is extreme or political in nature.
- We reserve the right to refuse to print anything that may be harmful to Sparkfly or its agents.
- You agree to indemnify us for any claims, costs, or expenses arising from any libelous matter or infringement of copyright, patent, design, or other proprietary or personal rights in any material printed for you. This includes legal fees.
- In addition to complying with our Acceptable Use Policy, you agree that all material uploaded by you is done at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping a copy of all uploaded material. We are not liable for any uploaded material that is lost or damaged during or after the uploading process.
- Failure to follow our instructions for uploading material may result in poor quality Products. We accept no responsibility for poor quality Products in these circumstances.
- You must not upload any material that breaches a third party’s rights unless you have their express consent. We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party claiming that your uploaded material violates their rights.
- We may remove any material uploaded by you or refuse to fulfill an order if we believe the material does not comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You will receive a full refund for any sums already paid, minus any administration charges or additional charges for work already completed.
- You agree to only provide someone else’s personal information if they have given you express consent to use it for the Products you have ordered.
- We process and store personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We may delete your inactive files stored by us without notice. We may change our policies and limits at any time, with or without notice to you. We may also delete your stored material at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Production and Collection Times
- Production begins when:
- Payment is made.
- Artwork is uploaded and accepted.
- The order is confirmed.
- If these events occur before 11:00 AM on a production day (Monday to Friday), you can collect your order the same day between 4-5 PM (unless notified otherwise).
- Production days are working days, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise notified.
- We will complete the work as soon as possible in case of production delays due to exceptional circumstances.
- All products will be signed for upon delivery. We will not be liable if someone other than the intended recipient signs and collects the product.
5. Quality
- You acknowledge that color variations are inherent in the printing process for submitted files. You also understand that computer hardware can cause variations between the colors displayed on your screen and the final printed product.
- Due to the printing process, we cannot guarantee an exact match in color or texture between the printed product and any proof.
- Slight variations in finished printed color are unavoidable due to ink tolerances.
- Pantone spot color matches cannot be produced using the full color process.
- Any proofs issued by us are for content checking only and are NOT color accurate.
6. Pricing and Payment
- The prices listed on our website are for the Products themselves and may change at any time. However, the price you will pay will be the price confirmed at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious error.
- The listed prices exclude VAT and any additional delivery costs. These will be added to your order total during checkout. We reserve the right to charge any applicable taxes, duties, or royalties.
- We accept payment by credit or debit card. Third-party credit card companies may store your card information if you choose the “save card” option during checkout.
- If you have agreed to credit terms with Sparkfly, you are responsible for paying any overdue invoices within the agreed timeframe. A late fee of 2% above the current RBS base rate, plus an administration charge to cover debt recovery costs, may be applied to overdue payments.
- In the event a credit customer becomes insolvent or unable to meet their debts, Sparkfly reserves the right to:
- Withhold further work on the contract.
- Charge for any completed or uncompleted work and materials already purchased for the order. This amount will be due immediately.
7. Our Replacement Policy
If you believe a product you receive from Sparkfly is defective, please contact us. We may request that you return the product for inspection. See our Return and Refund Policy.

Our maximum liability for any product purchased on our website is limited to the purchase price of that product.
